 Job Title
Project Manager / Construction Manager – 2 Nos

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 15-20 years of hands-on experience in project management and execution of large integrated Infrastructure Projects viz. airports, hotel, hospital, residential and commercial complexes. Should have the ability to effectively interact with international consultants & manage multi-disciplinary team of engineers and all aspects of project construction e.g. planning, design and material coordination, site construction, correspondence and contracts administration.

 
 
Sr. Engineer - Planning & Co-Ordination: - 2 Nos

Graduate Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineers with 8-12 years of experience in Planning and monitoring of any Construction Works, comprising Commercial, Infrastructure and Industrial projects using Primavera Project Planner software Version 3.1, 5.0 & 6.0 and Microsoft Project 2007 Professional planning tools. Should have fare knowledge, skill and attitude to collect the project information and schedule the leading and lagging and give the direction to Project Manager. Should be able to interact effectively with international consultants and work independently as Project Co-Ordinator from HQ/Site.

 
 
Sr. Engineer - QA-AC – 2 Nos

Graduate Civil / Electrical Engineers with 8-12 years experience in development of Quality Assurance/ & Quality Control Documents and control the quality of large Infrastructure & Industrial Projects comprising Civil, Electrical & Mechanical, plumbing etc.. Must be thorough with latest ISO Standards (preferably a lead auditor and be able to develop project quality plans, inspection and test plans and implement QA/QC on large integrated construction sites. Shall be able to manage QA-QC Team of the project independently.

 
 
Sr Engineer/ Engineer – Quantity Survey-2Nos

Qualified Quantity Surveyors or Engineering Degree holder in any discipline with minimum 8-15 years experience in post tender quantity surveyor, progress measurement, billing and claims for large integrated infrastructure projects like airports, hotels, hospitals, commercial, residential and industrial projects. Excellent knowledge of commercial terms and conditions of construction project is essential. Should have expertise in Extra Work claim and change order approval.

 
 
Site Engineers / Supervisors - 20 Nos

Diploma in Civil / Electrical Engineering with hands-on experience in site construction of large integrated infrastructure projects with high quality construction standards. Expertise in any of the above disciplines and ability to manage men, material and site progress is essential. Experience: 12-15 yrs for site Engineers & 5-7 yrs for Supervisors.

 
 
HSE Superintendent/ Supervisor - 2 Nos

Preferably Diploma/ Certification in Fire & Safety with 10 to 20 years of total experience in development of HSE Standards, Rule & regulation. Person should be capable to handle HSE Team of the project and implement best practices of Project HSE. Should be capable to manage International client & consultant.

 
 
Material Controller-2 Nos

Shall be Graduate in any decipline having 5 to 10 years of experience in Material Organizing and proper store keeping and controlling. Preference will be given to Graduate with MBA in Material Management from any reputed Institution.

 
 
Store Keeper-2 Nos

Graduate in Any Decipline with hand in experience of 5 to 10 years in Store Keeping of large industrial / Infrastructure projects. He should have full skill of set-uping store management system and Managing complete store independentely. Shall be fully skilled in MS Office as well as Store management Software operations.
